How To Port Java CIT Models Into Minecraft Pocket Edition!

Hello everyone! Today I will show you how to import Java CIT models into Minecraft Pocket Edition! If you'd like a YouTube tutorial, watch the video below. Before we begin, I must preface that these ports are for PERSONAL use only! Please do not redistribute or share the port unless the creator has given you permission to do so. Alright, let's begin!

🧸☁️💌🍰🎀✨

STEP 1 - Choose a CIT to port. For example, I will use the Sanrio Plushies CIT for Java.

Step 2 - Download the Blockbench app. You can use it on any device, but I will use it on my MacBook for a fullscreen display.

Step 3 - Create a new folder to store your mcpe transfer files. This helps to keep everything nice and organized.

Step 4 - Create a Java Block/Item Model in Blockbench.

Step 5 - Go to the 'file' option and import a Java Block/Item Model.

Step 6 - Choose a JSON file from the pack. I will choose cinnamoroll.

Step 7 - Stitch All textures and rename through properties. Use the same name as the JSON file.

Step 8 - Save the texture file to the mcpe folder.

Step 9 - Create a new tab with a bedrock block. Use the same name as the JSON file. (I made an error but it will be fixed later during Step 13.)

Step 10 - Import the open project, cinnamoroll.

Step 11 - Modify the pivot points and turn them all to ZERO (0,0,0).

Step 12 - Export the model into a bedrock JSON/GEO file. Save it to the mcpe folder.

Step 13 - Verify that both files align using a file explorer/documents app. I made an error with the model name and fixed it.

Step 14 - Open the Addons Maker app and create a new model. This is also available in the google play store.

Step 15 - Input the ID tag and name.

Step 16 - Import the texture and model from the mcpe folder. Verify the model through the model editor.

Step 17 - Customize the pack to your liking and then export the Addon.

Step 18 - Import the addon to pocket edition. Make sure that experimental options are enabled.

Final Step: Confirm the model in your world and make adjustments if needed. Done!

I hope this helps you use your favorite CIT packs in Pocket Edition. If you would like more Blockbench tutorials, please let me know! 😊💖
